Cookie Policy

Effective date: November 2026

1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar browser technologies relate to www.kellyethan.com, a website operated by Kelly Ethan. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.

The website is hosted on Wix. It includes a contact form, newsletter and advance reader team signup forms, and links to book retailers and other external websites.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that websites place on your device through your browser. Similar technologies, including local storage, can also remember information about your browser or choices.

Some cookies last only until you close your browser. Others remain for a set period or until you delete them. A cookie may be set by the website you visit or by a third-party service used by that website.

3. Wix platform cookies

Wix uses essential cookies and related technologies for security, fraud prevention, reliable site operation and delivery of website features. These support the website rather than optional advertising.

The exact cookies present can vary with Wix updates, the features in use, your browser and your interactions. Wix publishes information about its platform cookies, their purposes and typical lifetimes. Please refer to Wix’s current cookie information for examples, purposes and lifetimes.

4. Newsletter and ARC Team forms

Our newsletter and ARC Team signup forms use MailerLite. The forms send the information you enter to MailerLite when you submit them. This is separate from simply visiting a book page.

MailerLite forms and services can use cookies or browser storage for form behaviour, session handling and remembering submissions. The particular technologies depend on the form and features used. MailerLite explains its form technologies in its own documentation.

Cookie choices are separate from newsletter subscription choices. To stop receiving emails, use the unsubscribe link in an email or contact Kelly.

5. Optional analytics, functionality and advertising

Optional technologies can measure visits, remember preferences or support advertising. Their presence depends on the services enabled on the website. This policy does not mean that every category is used on every visit.

Your choices for optional cookies depend on the services enabled and any consent controls displayed. Third-party services may provide their own cookie choices. Please check their cookie information as well as the controls shown on this website.

6. Links to other websites

Book covers and purchase buttons can take you to Amazon or another retailer. Other links may take you to services such as BookFunnel. Those websites operate independently and may use their own cookies under their own policies.

Choosing cookies on this website does not set your preferences on an external website. Please check the privacy and cookie information provided by each service you visit.

7. Managing cookies

Use any cookie preferences or settings control displayed on this website to review the choices it offers. You can also use your browser’s privacy settings to view, block or delete cookies and manage site storage.

Blocking essential cookies can affect forms or other website features. Deleting cookies may remove saved preferences, so you may be asked to choose again. Your browser settings can also help you control third-party cookies.

Browser help pages explain the steps for your device. For general information about cookies and how to manage them, visit All About Cookies.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when website features, service providers or cookie practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Please revisit this page periodically.
